2. Scope
These Terms govern (i) your access to and use of the Platform and (ii) the purchase, sale or exchange of intangible digital goods – namely Valorant® weapon skins (“Skins”). By creating an account, ticking “I accept”, or completing checkout you enter into a binding contract with NEWMU LIMITED on the basis of these Terms.
3. Definitions
- “Customer” / “you” – any natural person aged 16 years or older who acts wholly or mainly outside their trade, business or profession.
- “Digital Content” – non-physical items supplied in electronic form, delivered instantly via the customer’s Riot Games account.
- “Wallet” – internal prepaid balance expressed in USD, EUR, AUD, GBP or CAD (“Supported Currencies”).
4. Eligibility, Accounts & Security
- You must be at least 16 years old and lawfully able to enter contracts.
- One account per individual; identity verification (photo ID + selfie) may be required to mitigate fraud, money laundering or under-age use.
- You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of login credentials and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Activity traced to your credentials is deemed authorised.
5. Product Information
- Skins displayed on the Platform are cosmetic in-game items with no gameplay advantage. Images and rarity tags are illustrative; actual in-game appearance depends on Riot Games’ client.
- Prices are shown in the currency selected via the header switcher. Where a transaction settles in another Supported Currency, we apply the ECB daily reference rate + 2.5 % spread to cover FX risk.
6. Ordering & Contract Formation
- When you click “Buy Now” you make an offer. The contract is formed once (a) payment clears and (b) the Skin is deposited to the designated Riot ID; confirmation email follows.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- payment is declined or reversed;
- fraud-screening flags the transaction;
- the Skin is no longer available in our inventory.
7. Payment Methods
We currently accept major debit/credit cards and selected e-wallets via Stripe, plus prepaid Wallet top-up. Crypto on-ramp (USDC/USDT) may be offered in future; additional KYC requirements will apply.
8. Delivery & Fulfilment
- Delivery is instant: our bot executes an in-game trade within seconds of payment confirmation.
- If delivery is delayed > 30 minutes you may cancel for a full refund.
- Delivery requires the Customer’s Riot ID to be correctly entered; we are not liable for mis-typed IDs.
9. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
- Important – loss of withdrawal right: Under UK/EU law for digital content supplied immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once delivery begins.
- Refunds are therefore only available where:
- (a) delivery failed due to our system fault; or
- (b) we delivered a materially different Skin.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (or Wallet) within 14 days.
10. Wallet Balance
- Wallet funds are denominated in the Supported Currency selected at top-up and are not e-money; they constitute a contractual right against NEWMU LIMITED.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable, non-interest-bearing and expires after 24 months of inactivity.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use bots, VPNs or spoofing tools to manipulate prices or inventory;
- resell Skins in violation of Riot Games’ Terms;
- launder proceeds of crime, finance terrorism, or engage in any fraudulent activity;
- upload malware, spam or defamatory content.
12. Intellectual Property
“Game Flex” and the Platform design are property of NEWMU LIMITED. Valorant® and all related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. We have no affiliation with or endorsement by Riot Games; all third-party IP remains the property of its respective owner.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close your account immediately if you breach these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination we will credit your Wallet balance (if any) to the original funding source, less chargeback fees and outstanding liabilities.
14. Limitation of Liability
- Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
- Subject to (1), our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any contract shall not exceed the higher of (i) USD 100 or (ii) 100 % of the price paid for the relevant Skin.
- We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of data, reputation or revenue;
- interruptions caused by Riot Games’ servers or third-party networks.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify NEWMU LIMITED, its directors and employees against all claims, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
16. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and take effect 14 days later. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Contracts are governed by English law.
- We encourage amicable resolution via info@game-flex.com.
- Where unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the UK Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or the courts of England and Wales, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any clause is found invalid, the remainder continues in force.
- Assignment: We may assign our rights; you may not without prior written consent.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus referenced policies (Privacy, Cookie, Refund), constitute the entire agreement between us.
